Good Flock is a national network of changemakers, leading a quantum shift in how we view, value and support ageing in Australia.
We are community builders, innovative start-ups, purpose-led organisations and passionate individuals from all generations. Together, we are working to realise a world in which people of all ages feel a sense of connection, contribution and belonging to rich and supportive communities.
Our changemakers are actively shaping communities that better value, engage and support older individuals. Good Flock connects, supports and amplifies these diverse and innovative initiatives – offering a fertile environment in which this vital work can take root and flourish.

We believe that complex challenges and systemic issues require lots of small solutions, coming together in a spirit of generosity to lift each other up. And with the public narrative around ageing saturated with negativity, hopelessness and despair, we think it’s time for a community fuelled by optimism, belief and tenacity to help unstick the ageing challenges we all face.
So we created a network that offers changemakers:
- Practical and emotional support to advance and sustain their changemaking efforts
- Assistance to obtain vital resources, funding opportunities, and industry connections
- A supportive ecosystem for work that is not well supported by mainstream systems, yet is critically needed by individuals and communities
- Opportunities to collaborate and contribute to a collective movement, reshaping the future of ageing in Australia

Impact networks drive large-scale, systemic change through decentralised, non-hierarchical collaboration. Our network unites changemakers tackling the deep challenges facing older Australians. Like a murmuration of starlings, our changemakers take individual action towards a common goal to create powerful, collective impact.

Good Flock is an impact network connecting changemakers, community members and the aged care sector to imagine and realise a more hopeful future of ageing in our communities.
